Regarding Windows XP Service Pack2 (abbreviated below as "SP2")

If you are using Microsoft Windows XP, and you have applied SP2, some content may not be displayed normally. Please change the following settings.


If "Pop-up has been blocked" is displayed, then:

1: Confirm that "Pop-up has been blocked" has been displayed under the address bar at the upper left of the screen.

2: Click "Tools" in Internet Explorer, and then click "Pop-up Blocker" - "Always allow pop-ups at this site".

3: When "Allow pop-ups" is displayed, click "Yes".

If "There is a possibility that the following ActiveX controls are necessary: Click here to install '***' from '***' " is displayed then:

1:Click the message part, and select "Install ActiveX controls".

2:Click and drag with the right button of the mouse.

Rotate（Rotate）: Click and drag with the left button of the mouse.
Zoom（Zoom in/out）: Click and drag with the right button of the mouse.
Pan（Pan）: Click and drag with the left and right button of the mouse.

2.0 Plug-ins　[Top]

Plug-in software called "Viewpoint Media Player" is needed to view 3D.

*Even with the above environment, images may not print well due to compatibility issues between your browser settings and printer.
*Even with the above environment, problems may still occur, such as 3D not displaying smoothly, or incorrect display of color.

2.2 Security prompt　[Top]
To install the plug-in, your will have to press the "OK" or "Yes" button at the displayed security prompt.

2.3 Browser setting　[Top]
If the security prompt is not displayed, you will have to change the security settings of the browser you are using. Please set by referring to the following.

2.31 Internet Explorer 5.x or higher　[Top]

a. Click "Tools"
b. Click "Internet Options"
c. Click the "Security" tab
d. Click the "Custom Level" button
e. Set "Reset to" under "Reset custom settings" to "Medium", "Medium-low" or "Low".

2.32 Internet Explorer 4.x　[Top]

a. Click "View"
b. Click "Internet Options"
c. Click the "Security" tab
d. Click the "Custom Level" button
e. Set "Reset to" under "Reset custom settings" to "Medium", "Medium-low" or "Low".

2.33 Netscape Navigator　[Top]

a. Click "Edit"
b. Choose "Preferences"
c. Click "Advanced"
d. Check both "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript"
e. Click "+" to the side of Advanced, and click the displayed SmartUpdate
f. Click "Enable SmartUpdate"

a. Click "Tools"
b. Select "Options"
c. Click "Content"
d. Check both "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript"

3.0 Printing　[Top]
You can print the 3D custom simulation screen by using your browser's Print command. For printing, please set the paper direction to horizontal.

*It may be impossible to print the 3D image, depending on your PC's environment.

4.0 Other　[Top]

• You can ensure optimal performance by restarting your browser after automatic downloading of the plug-in software is finished.
• The 3D model is displayed as it is downloaded. Operations like rotation and zooming can be done to the displayed model during downloading. However, response will be slow, so it is better to perform operations after the model has been downloaded completely. This will ensure optimal response.
  
• t some cases, it may be impossible to perform operations like rotation, zoom and pan with the mouse while animation of the 3D model is starting up.
